500 Watt PWM with DDS class D AM transmitter pallet.Assembled and tested.

Description

AM DDS class D transmitter pallet module.
This is a high efficiency Am transmitter using dds for frequency synthesis and class D full bridge RF amplifier
with pwm audio modulator.
What you get from this sale is a complete board assemled and fully tested.The unit is capable to produce a carrier of
500w and when modulated you can expect 2kw(pep) maximum when supplied with 135vdc.
With less input voltage you will get less output power.With 50 voltDC you will get 80watt,with 100voltDC 350watt and with
135voltDC you will get 500watt.Max voltage 150voltDC you get 750 watt(not recommended for people with no experience).

135VDC (Negative grounded) rated at 5amps for final stage supply. 12vdc at 2amps for pwm/driver/dds supply.
Performance:
Output freq. range :500khz-1.8mhz(user adjustable).In 3 versions
:
a:500khz to 900 khz
b:900khz to 1.4MHz
c:1.4MHz to 1.8MHz(DEFAULT).

In this package is  included the bridge for calculating Watts and  SWR
and also protection for excessively SWR and protection for excessively heat.
Special note:
This module requires a fan big enough for this power.
Negative or ground connection from the DDS board must be tight to Front panel.
