Absolutely exquisite!  High quality antique Dugan Carnival glass . This stunning Nappy/Gravy bowl  comes to life with gorgeous sparkling rainbow color.  It is intricately designed and detailed.  The top rim contains three large flowing ruffles with a three quarter inch ribbing around the top and bottom circumference.  Three vines of embossed windflowers decorate the interior sides of the nappy with another large flower on the bottom.  The curved hand has been finished with clear glass adding just the right amount of pop.  You may want to click on the pictures to enlarge them enabling you to appreciate the design and detail.
