Description
Brother/Baby Lock 4M Rewriteable Embroidery Memory Card for Brother and Baby Lock Embroidery Machines (Card only - No card writer)The replacement card fits the Brother PE Design 4 through 11 card writer, the Baby Lock Palette 5 through 11 card writer, and the Brother PED Basic card writer - THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE CARD ONLY. This is the largest memory card that Brother makes for its embroidery machines. It holds 20 to 50 PES designs depending on the stitch count of the designs.
The shipping charge is .99 (U.S.), which is what the U.S. Post Office charges me for postage and insurance. I make nothing on the shipping.
This card works with Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina Deco, White, and Simplicity embroidery machines as well as newer Brother and Baby Lock card writers. It will not work with Brother/Baby Lock PE Design/Palette 1 through 4 card writers or the Baby Lock ECS-1C Series 1 card writer. Those writers require the older 1M card with the pencil and spiral notebook on the label. The Brother 4M card is guaranteed to work with these machines and newer card writers or your money back. Anyone returning a working card will be charged a 20-percent restocking fee, and postage will not be refunded. This includes those who have "bad" card writers and "bad" card readers in their embroidery machines.
Note: Brother uses several different sources for their cards, so the backs of some cards may differ from the picture shown. All of the cards act the same.
When you receive your Brother 4M card, it will have a small owl applique design on it. I wrote the design to prove that the card works and that the card is rewriteable. You may put it in your Brother/Baby Lock embroidery machine to show the design. If the design does not appear, something is wrong with the card reader in your machine. If the design shows on your machine, use it with your card writer to write a design. Make sure that the design will fit on the hoop installed in your machine.
If you receive an error message when using the card that says "This embroidery card can not be used on this machine.", it does not mean that the card is "bad". This is Brother's way of telling you that the design you wrote on the card is bigger than the hoop installed on your machine. Either write a smaller design to your card or install a hoop on your machine that will fit the design on the card. I wish Brother had made the message to read "Your design is too big for your hoop", but they did not. After you successfully write a design to the card, please leave positive feedback for me.
