This is a partially built kit.  All the parts appear to be there to complete the build.  All that is needed is an enclosure.
Refer to the HFsigs website for other info.  This is version 4.  Their latest version is 6.
There is info online about this model.  The best way to find the info I found is copy/paste my title and you will find the info.
This is being listed for parts/repair since it needs to be built.
