We may presemt to you this masterpiece of watchmaking:Very rare Longines ship´s / marine chronometer in a wooden case with cardanic suspension made around 1946. Heavy brass case, screwed back with glass window. Black dial 24-hour display. Sweep seconds with 24-hour scale. Usually used in U-boats. Sweep second and 36-hour power reserve to be seen under "12".
High-end chronometer caliber 21.29 with 21 jewels Adjusted to temperatures and in 5 positions, very good condition.
